Oversee sales, operations, personnel matters for multiple experience center locations Achieve regional sales and operational objectives by communicating Channel strategy to Leaders, Financial Solutions Representatives and Partnerss Ensure proper execution of Credit Union’s policies, procedures and standards across Region Communicate expectations of Leaders and Financial Solutions Representatives, build action plans and hold teams accountable for execution of action plans Track and report key performance measurements for the Region to leadership Recruit, retain and develop regional talent Proactively work with business partners of other LOBs across the Credit Union to achieve Channel and Organizational goals Teach, coach and develop teammates to meet and exceed members’ expectations Directly assist and support member escalations, problems and complaints Teach and show-coach First Tech’s coaching model to Leaders Teach and show-coach First Tech’s relationship building model to Leaders and Financial Solutions Representatives Act as interim Experience Center Leader as needed Pilot initiatives to achieve Channel and Organizational goals Essential skills Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a senior branch manager or regional leader for a mid to large size financial organization (1000 employees) required Demonstrated experience in consultative selling techniques Aptitude for motivating and influencing others through a significant level of diplomacy and trust Ability to manage teams remotely through virtual connects and visits Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or other related fields of study or equivalent experience
