The Referral Program Manager is responsible for managing external Referral Agent relationships within specified geographic areas (systems). Responsible for territory sales and quotas monthly through Agent sales channels. The ACM responsibilities include training, initiating promotional activities, auditing, proposals, pricing, order entry and verifying agent compensation and the distribution of promotional product collateral materials. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS Implements channel program and policies as directed by corporate leadership Recruits and manages local Agent relationships Facilitate monthly meetings, and provide reports to Agents on their results and trends Efficiently identify appropriate Account Executive to close sales leads that referral agents generate (when applicable) Host Agent events which would include networking and team building to build strong relationships Continually educates and trains Agents on Cox Business products and services to assure qualified leads Coordinate with corporate trainers/Sales Engineers to provide specific product training to Agents Scheduled meetings with Agents to align business goals between the Agent and Cox Business, and establishing plans of action for the Agent to achieve those goals Provides monthly/quarterly status reports of the success of the Agent program to leadership, upper management, and VPs Work with sales reps in agent engagement and lead follow up Monthly meetings with sales reps to review status of all working leads Work with sale managers to promote program adoption and success Have a working knowledge of Cox complex products including cloud Have a working knowledge of Cox sales process, capabilities, and implementation Develop boundary partner relationships essential to ensure program success Expected to meet a monthly sales quota(s) as set by leadership Introduce and train new hire Cox Sales Reps to the Referral program Follows set standards and procedures set by Cox Business Services Atlanta Effective utilization of the PRM and CRM tools provided by Cox Business Increase productivity and efficiency by working effectively with the Data Analyst team Performs other related duties as assigned by leadership. Qualifications: MINIMUM 5 years of experience in a related field (Marketing, Sales, Operations, etc.) Requires computer literacy and strong/expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites Excellent interpersonal, managerial, leadership, presentation, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams and leadership throughout the organization PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED BS/BA degree in related discipline strongly desired (i.e. Marketing, Business, etc.).
