You will help our clients understand the risks and business implications associated with a potential deal, or plan the integration or separation of a future deal.
Ultimately, you will sharpen your technical skills and knowledge of cybersecurity, privacy, and forensics and at the same time learn to speak in the language of deals.
You will learn how to provide the most value to our clients in M& A by explaining to them how cybersecurity, privacy, or forensics issues could affect their deal thesis and cause them to either adjust their price or long run return on investment assumptions.
