Work in Downtown Whitefish with the area’s top boutique brand in the vacation management industry. Escapes Vacation Rentals manages over 250 luxury vacation homes in condos in Whitefish MT and along the gulf coast in Florida. Our sister company 30A Escapes has redefined the luxury vacation rental industry. Our expansion into the Whitefish and Flathead Valley area has been tremendously successful and it’s time for us to add another professional to the “Escapes Family”.Duties include but not limited to:1) Responding to incoming vacation rental inquires for our vacation properties2) Being confident over the phone selling the features of the properties and most importantly selling the “Whitefish area Experience”3) Assisting our General Manager with various needs4) Managing VRBO and Airbnb accounts5) Must be technically savvy (99% of our bookings come from online marketing)6) Must have valid DL and clean driving record7) Our top Reservation Sales Agents are upbeat, fun, and have a passion for creating excitement about our properties in high end destinations such as Whitefish8) Must be able to multi-task and be extremely detailed. Our team members frequently manage 10-20 inquiries a day9) Must be flexible to respond to inquires while in the office, not in the office, weekends, and nights. We get inquires 24/7 and responding to inquiries is the most important role of this position. Our sales agents are expected to respond to inquiries from 8am to 7pm five days a week. The position is flexible on the number of “Office Hours” to compensate for the “After Office Hours” our agents spend being responsive to the booking requests.10) Must live full time in the Flathead Valley area and be well versed on all the fun things to do locallyWe pay all of our Reservation Agents a base salary because we believe in creating opportunity for team to be long term. We pay a commission for every booking on top of the base salary and the majority of our agents earn an additional $5,000 to $10,000 a year. Starting pay is $33,000 and after 90 days and with 3 positive monthly reviews, your salary will increase to $35,000.If you are not currently a licensed Property Manager in the state of MT, we will require that you take the appropriate classes and exam to be licensed. After completion of course and exam we do reimburse our employees for the expense of this.We provide each agent with a company issued new iPhone and a laptop for work purposes because this is such a mobile position. This role lends to a good amount of flexibility so the ideal candidate is one we can trust to get the job done without being micro-managed.
