Project Manager III

Kelly Services is seeking a Project Manager III for an American publicly traded biopharmaceutical company in North Chicago, IL.

Job Title: Project Manager III Location: North Chicago, IL (On-Site) Type: Contract Length: 8-Months Est.

Start Date: Early May 2021 Hours: 8
– 5, M-F Pay Rate: $73
– $93 per hour

Description:
Manages/directs the activities and people associated with small to large scale projects to improve order to cash process efficiency and productivity.

Manage/direct all facets of single or multiple, multidimensional, mission-critical projects through the Full Project Life Cycle.

Collaborate/work with project sponsors, business units and users to identify project scope and focus, develop or monitor project initiatives, implement project requirements/plans/processes/tools, assign/guide/monitor project staff, and assure project success.

Deliver quality project solutions to business problems or issues within defined budgets and/or timelines.

Provide expert project guidance/support proactively through project completion.

Provide tracking, reporting, and presentation to management and users.

Document changes to processes and maintain process documentation.

Combination of teamwork and individual work within a matrixed organization
Requirements:
10 years’ experience BA/BS required, specific discipline is open Excellent problem-solving skills Excellent judgement and decision-making skills Excellent written/oral communication skills and ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical users and vice versa Able to lead and drive project work Teamwork and collaboration-
– demonstrated what this has looked like for them in previous roles Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision Specific experience with order to cash processes, activities, and reporting within an SAP enterprise resource planning system Finance/Accounting background essential to understand impact of actions to P&L and Balance Sheet.

Nice to Have (but not required):
Knowledge of S4/Hana is a plus Global experience is a plus Multilingual fluency is a plus
