Project Manager

Responsible for managing entire lifecycle of multiple projects through a phased approach, identifying and delivering highest value project solutions through competitive project execution for projects ranging in value between $500K to $20M.

Develops scopes of work, sources and qualifies vendors/contractors, develops budgets and schedules, approves purchases and estimates, works with engineering design firms, integrates capital projects within turnaround cycle plans, communicates across all levels of the organization and aligns expectations about a projects scope, objectives, expectations and oCompanyomes.

What You Will Need Basic Qualifications 5 years of direct project management experience utilizing stage gate project execution methodology Strong technical background with solid troubleshooting/problem-solving capabilities Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and manage multiple initiatives/priorities Demonstrated ability to deliver on challenging project objectives BS degree in engineering OR high school diploma plus 10 years of experience in direct project management of industrial projects Current valid drivers license What Will Put You Ahead Preferred Qualifications 5 years of project management experience in refining or petrochemical industries Project controls knowledge Texas (or reciprocal) PE license Project Management Professional (PMP)
