Overview Acts as lead coordinator for the crisis counseling program at Jefferson Center.
Serves as main point of contact for the state CCP Program Manager.
Oversees staffing, training, reporting and fiscal monitoring for the program.
This is a temporary position, 9 to 11 months Responsibilities Essential Duties: Oversees all aspects of the Crisis Counseling Program (CCP).
Monitors compliance with FEMA requirements for the program.
Provides supervision and guidance to Team Leader, Fiscal/Data Specialist, Web/Technology Specialist, and Community Liaison/Resource Linkage Coordinator.
Serves as main point of contact with the State CCP Program manager, facilitating 2 way communication about program successes and challenges.
Oversees staffing, training, reporting and fiscal monitoring for Jefferson Center’s CCP.
Meets regularly for supervision with the Director of Access and Emergency to report successes, challenges, and any program modifications.
Serves as liaison with existing Jefferson Center Programs to ensure collaboration and cooperation.
Builds relationship and coordination with the project managers/program directors of other Metro CCP programs.
Completes required trainings Attends meetings initiated by the State CCP Program Manager.
Serves as advocate for the CCP Program.
Other Duties: Maintains an acceptable attendance record.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements/Working Environment Ability to operate a personal computer.
Ability to attend meetings at a variety of locations.

Qualifications Education, Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required: Master’s Degree in counseling, psychology or related field plus one year of related experience and/or training.
May consider relevant pre-master’s degree experience, or previous project management experience in other fields.
Previous leadership experience is preferred.
Must have valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record while employed at Jefferson Center.
Meets the requirements of applicable federal, state and organizational background checks.
