Pre-construction Assistance
Review LOI / contract for completeness
Schedule and complete project hand-off with appropriate team
Tailor job specific safety plan & manage SDS sheets
Tailor and present IWP’s/JHA’s/AHA’s
Setup SOV for optimal billing over life of project
Communicate submittal / order / ETA status to client
Manage lead time / ETA vs.

project schedule
Labor / Installation / Material Management
Vet and select subs for projects w/ assigned super
Negotiate rates for Subcontractor WO’s, T&M Work
Manage OCIP enrollment
Manage documentation for installation
Manage and approve and sub invoices
Protocol for material pick tickets
Project Management
Manage support staff responsibilities and expectations
Manage project RFI’s, ASI’s, CCD’s etc
Understanding of installation system analysis and warranty
Work with vendor partners to resolve system and installation issues
Assess project requirements, work through budget constraints, identify solutions to manage project to successful completion
Financial Management
Participation and preparedness in monthly WIP meeting
Change order management
Oversight and management of committed costs including adjustments to placeholder PO’s to reflect accurate anticipated project costs
Billing
Provide Shifter review and input
Revenue forecast responsibility
Close-out
Ensure close-out docs submitted per deadlines
Manage retention with subs
Manage retention with GC – work to reduce at project completion
Other Duties:
Assists Account Executive in sales opportunities
Participates in and contributes to company wide initiatives
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00
– $80,000.00 per year
