The position will require oversite of multiple turnkey projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule while maintaining top level quality and safety.
It will require planning and coordination of all aspects of the on-site construction process, including scheduling, coordinating material and equipment delivery, quality analysis/quality control, safety implementation, constructability problem solving and working with superintendents, owners, engineers, architects and vendors/subcontractors.General Construction Management experience is required and Site Construction Management experience is preferred.Job Type: Full-timePay: $95,000.00
