Project Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering; Specialization plastics, coating or process technology preferred
• 5 + years of project management experience in the Automotive Manufacturing Industry

Proficiency:

• Knowledge in project management and in the automobile industry is desirable
• Good knowledge of general PC- Applications (MS Office, SAP)
• Knowledge in the design and development of Automobile parts, as well as extensive knowledge of Plastics Processing, Process Knowledge (connection technology, joining technology and surface finishing) is desirable
• Knowledge of automotive methods (Quality planning, FMEA, Sampling, etc.) is required
• Knowledge of Quality Management
• Plastics, process and automation technology
• Production methods (for example, Toyota Production System, Lean Manufacturing, Value Stream Mapping)
• Management techniques
• Personnel management
• Order control
• Costs/Action control
• Teamwork
• Communication skills
• Willingness to travel intensively (Domestic and International)
• Confident manners towards the customers, suppliers and cooperation partners
• Ability to work under pressure
