(EQM) is a leading provider of environmental remediation, construction services, and disaster response with multiple offices in the US.This position is for EQM’s Remediation & Construction (R) Division.
The Project Manager (PM) will focus on executing new and existing projects, as well as assisting with cost estimation and bidding on new contracts.
Our division specializes in completing environmental remediation projects (such as removal actions at residential properties, mine reclamations, and dredging) for predominately federal clientele, including USEPA, USACE, and DoD (USN, USAF, & Army).
The PM will be responsible for executing high-quality fieldwork in a safe and cost-efficient manner.
The PM will report to both EQM’s Senior Project Managers and Division Vice President.
Requirements:Must be capable of executing the fieldwork, supervising and managing craft personnel, and working with multi-disciplinary subcontractors on construction & remediation projects located throughout the United StatesMinimum 3 years of remedial project experience and/or federal contracts Four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Sciences or related technical discipline preferredRelevant professional registration or certifications preferredAbility/flexibility to travel and work on the road for long term (6-8 mth) assignments40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER training8-hour OSHA HAZWOPER annual refresherOSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certificationUS Army Corps of Engineers Construction Quality Control (CQM) certification preferredFirst Aid/CPR /BBP trainingWorking knowledge & experience with scheduling softwareWorking knowledge & experience with office application software (databases, email, spreadsheets, word processing, etc.)Working knowledge/experience of environmental regulations including RCRA, CERCLA, TSCA, CAA, and CWA preferredEQM conducts pre-employment drug screens and pre-employment physicals.EQM IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER (EEO) F/M/Disabled/VetsThis Employer Participates in E-Verify
