Project Manager

Position Duties:

• Develops project plans, including work breakdown structures, activity assignments and project schedules.
• Integrates multiple project schedules using software tools, as applicable. Identifies, consolidates and resolves timing issues.
• Works as a function PMA with supervision and functions effectively in a matrix organization.

• Plan is established to ensure PMA is skilled in MS Office Suite applications, MS Project, and OEM Internet.
• Will be evaluated on their demonstrated proficiency in the following attributes: Interpersonal Skills Assertiveness Leadership Self-Motivation Diplomacy Maturity Integrity

• Rally Project Management Software, Hadoop, SQL

• Experience with Rally.
• Experience working in a Product Centric Operating Model (PCOM).

• Experience presenting to management and coordinating meeting between Product Owners and Product Line teams.

• Bachelor’s degree recommended in associated field
