Project Manager

Full Time Project Manager in Government Facility in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX Area.Position will require a thorough background check for Government Clearance. Please do not apply if you cannot obtain US Government Clearance.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:• Possess knowledge of all field devices provided, professional wiring methods, programming, system capabilities, and competent in all installation aspects.• Supervise and lead the onsite Aventura field staff• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors• Coordinate and document activities with other installation/construction trades• Know and understand the project Scope of Work and deliver the agreed Scope to the client• Demonstrate capability to use a computer to program IP addresses of devices, panels, routers, servers, etc.• Perform complex system programming on intrusion, access, video, other systems, and system integration.• Use the proper installation methods for field wiring, device termination, and device mounting.• Document as-built changes of system installation• Properly record daily time, task, and project identification electronically.• Communicate daily progress to the project supervisor in format required.• Possess ability to understand project blueprints and install accordingly.• Define and sequence all installation activities to achieve project schedule.• Know and follow all Aventura, OSHA, and jobsite safety requirements.• Attend any required jobsite meetings.• Attend weekly Operations Department meetings to communicate and identify issues and provide detailed suggested solutions.• Continually coordinate with any involved trades and document any Aventura requirements to meet and exceed customer expectations.• May supervisor others at times.• Other duties as assigned.OTHER DUTIES:• Constantly work towards your development of industry and installation knowledge.• Attend any on-going safety meetings.MENTAL DEMANDS:• Most of the duties are varied and regularly require analysis, comprehension or limited judgment and discretion.
