Constellis is headquartered just outside of Washington, D.C. in Reston, VA. This position is responsible for managing the work scope, schedule and quality assurance of the assigned program. The PM prepares and manages assigned projects in accordance with the contract Statement of Work, approved Company Directives, department procedures and approved Project Execution Plans. The PM is responsible for coordinating support requirements with the HQ functional staffs. The PM is directly responsible for executing assigned projects within the projected scope, budget and schedule. The PM conducts scheduled briefings on Program/Project status/progress. The PM is responsible for updating and maintaining all associated records involved with the program/project. RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for developing, coordinating and executing execution plans for assigned projects Instrumental in the development of scope, cost and schedule Ensures compliance with corporate policies and Code of Business Ethics on all assigned projects Lead the organization in the development of cost effective and innovative customer solutions Manage business activities in accordance with an approved Project Plan Ensure program is run within specification, measured against cost, schedule and performance Prepare and conduct scheduled Program/Project status briefings Maintain positive communications with customers and develop customer relations strategies Develop organizational depth through subordinate leader mentoring, performance management, professional development and succession planning Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Must possess an active TS/SCI with Polygraph that can be verified. Bachelor of Arts or Science Must have 5 years of experience in law enforcement, security or military service and 3 years specialized experience managing security or guard force operations for a government or commercial facility. Experience in problem resolution to include organizing and structuring solutions to complex problems Experience in contract scheduling of personnel Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products Advanced degree preferred PMP certification preferred Must be able to fluently speak, read, and write English Be capable of passing a background check, medical and psychological evaluation, drug test, physical fitness test, and weapons qualification
