Sample Tasks Project Management Team and Sciforma Administrators to Assess current practices, identify gaps, and create and implement an improvement plan to close gaps, processes, automating processes with existing tools as practical, Assess the feasibility of making configuration changes and making recommendations to implement the changes in Sciforma, Assess whether to refer configuration or programming changes to Sciforma professional services in Sciforma, Research and recommend features, functionality, and usage of Sciforma and other tools as requested. Desired Skills Experience in developing and implementing portfolio management processes, Ability to define programproject scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with project sponsors and stakeholders, Ability to establish programproject timelines and milestones using appropriate tools and tracking such milestones and deliverables, Ability to communicate programproject plans, expectations, updates, progress, issues, and successes in a timely clear fashion when necessary, Ability to apply organizational change management principles to successfully achieve adoption of new processes and practices.
