Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Project Management Assistant, you are responsible for providing administrative support to the Project Team to help achieve overall project objectives.

  • Maintaining project timelines tracking project financials
  • Building and implementing reports conducting research
  • Collecting data
  • Managing files
  • Presenting materials
  • Communicating with project leaders and project team members

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 1 Year experience working in advanced levels of Microsoft Excel
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Associate’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or similar field (Nice to Have)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance are required
  • Relocation to the Rocket Center, West Virginia area (near La Vale, MD/Keyser, WV

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 2 years experience working in advanced levels of Microsoft Excel
  • 2 years experience writing technical documents
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or similar field
