Position Overview

The Digital Project Coordinator will manage one or more projects of smaller size/complexity related to the development, installation and day-to-day operations of Large Format LED Digital Screens and Food Court Video Walls throughout the Company portfolio.

The Project Coordinator will work with the project team and other management personnel to ensure technical and/or business objectives achieved.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and installation of the Company’s digital place-based media digital signage initiative that will consistently deliver measurable results for the advertisers and for the properties with current and future installations

Support Director in the roll-out of large digital signs and video walls at select Company malls

Coordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include the architects, consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors and mall teams

Communicate effectively with the contractors responsible for completing various phases of the project

Monitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis and hold regular status meetings with all the sub-teams

Devise the project work plans and make revisions as and when the need arises

Operations:

Manage the work-flow process of the digital signage advertising spots between sales, implementation and the content management system(CMS)

Create proof of performance reports for each advertising campaign executed on the digital signs and route to the appropriate sales/implementation contact

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required

Bachelor’s Degree

  • 1
    – 3 years of previous Project Management experience
  • 1
    – 3 years in retail and/or related shopping center experience
  • 1
    – 3 years in sales and/or marketing preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency
  • Strong time management, prioritization, organization and communication (written & verbal) skills
  • Knowledge of digital sign controllers, software & networking solutions for the commercial digital signage industry a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and selling skills required
  • Ability to develop strategic solutions
  • High standard of visual presentation
  • Persuasion and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong team player
