What will you be doing?

The Project Coordinator executes on projects that support the business objectives of the Carrier Sales department including both operational and strategic initiatives.

The Project Coordinator assists in developing project strategy, prepares project documents, performs research and analysis, monitors progress, and keeps stakeholders informed.

Ensuring assigned projects are tracking for successful completion is an ongoing responsibility of the Project Coordinator.

This position works closely with the Program Manager, Carrier Sales, and reports to the Manager, Business Operations.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate projects from inception to conclusion, including planning and scoping activities, reporting on project status, monitoring workstreams, and facilitating feedback Manage relationships effectively to foster accountability and efficiency Priotilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution Work closely with departmental stakeholders to make sure the execution of each project aligns with the project scope and business objectives Investigate current workflows and outcomes, identifying opportunities to optimize business processes through methods such as user interviews and data analysis

1+ years of logistics experience required 1+ years of demonstrable experience with project-based work Strong familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices  Proven ability to proactively identify challenges and creatively solve them Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Extremely resourceful and a self-starter
