The selected candidate will provide overall program management of engineering and technical disciplines and resources to support Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren (NSWCDD) test, evaluation, and experimentation for the Test and Evaluation Division (E40) within the Gun and Electric Weapons Department (E). This position is contingent upon award. Responsibilities: * Responsible for managing cost, schedule and performance requirements to successfully execute company contractual obligations to the NSWCDD customer. * Management of services provided in the areas of test engineering, test execution, test documentation, safety and environmental, facility planning, explosive safety, unexploded ordnance support, database management, maintenance, repairs, upgrades, ordnance certification support, and training. All services provided will support the Potomac River Test Range (PRTR). Minimum Requirements: * 10 years of civilian or military experience in general task management and demonstrated experience in directing, coordinating, and exercising supervisory authority for planning, organizing, controlling, integrating diverse, multi-disciplinary task teams completing complex engineering, analytical or technically related tasks. * Demonstrated thorough understanding of full-spectrum planning, instrumentation, execution, and documentation of test events conducted on DoD test ranges, explosive-sited ranges and facilities. * Demonstrated experience should also include experience in: directing and monitoring work results for meeting customer requirements, specifications, and quality assurance standards; evaluating performance of assigned program tasks in terms of quality, cost control, and program schedules; * Secret or higher security clearance required. Desired Experience: * Recent experience in the areas of test engineering, test execution, test documentation, safety and environmental, facility planning, explosive safety, unexploded ordnance support, database management, maintenance, repairs, upgrades, ordnance certification support, and training. * Experience in performing experimentation, test and evaluation of weapon systems, sensors, integrated warfare systems and platforms in all phases of Research, Development and Acquisition. * Experience is preparation and conduct of In Progress Reviews and task prioritization reviews with the Government customer to manage program schedules, progress and priorities, identify and provide status of corresponding project priorities and address pertinent issues, corrective actions and financial analysis for assigned projects. * Experience with Potomac River Test Range operations and testing.
