Minimum qualifications Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or other technical field or equivalent practical experience.

10 years of experience managing portfolio or program construction projects, evaluating project schedule health, supporting global construction clients Experience developing Scheduling Program Controls processes, training and implementations within capital expenditure programs Preferred qualifications MS or MBA degree with a technical emphasis Ability to collaborate and influence across multiple levels of an organization with experience leading cross-functional process improvements and holding project leads accountable to the greater project goals Tenacious problem solver with strong verbal/written communication and facilitation skills.

As a Program Manager at Company, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects.

You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle.

This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders.

Your projects often span offices, time zones and hemispheres, and its your job to keep all the players coordinated on the projects progress and deadlines.

As a Company Data Center (GDC) Program controls Program Manager, you have responsibility for supporting the schedule operations processes and best practices.

The role will liaise with GDC teams, in developing, implementing, training and monitoring adherence to schedule processes and best practices.

The role is also responsible for developing scheduling framework for the business strategic initiatives.

In addition, this role will be responsible for schedule integration with cost operations and processes including VPC (Virtual Project Controls) to ensure effective standardization and implementation globally.

Youre equally at home explaining you or your team’s recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical trade offs and limitations of schedule systems and tools to partnering team.
