Program Manager II/Release Train Engineer

We are seeking a Scaled Agile Certified Solutions Train Engineer (STE) to lead and complete large-scale, client-driven projects utilizing the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology. Communicate with clients and customers to determine their needs or requirements. Develop, design, and implement improved business processes or solutions to meet consumer expectations. Assist with budgeting and financial status reports. 7+ years of experience are required. Service Management team enables provides service management for all of the global workforce We’re seeking a program management lead to be at the center of this activity and act as a Solutions Train Engineer (STE) to bring together several Agile Release Trains (ARTs). The role is multi-faceted, and requires an individual who excels at owning multiple initiatives involving complex relationships, and service capabilities. Successful candidates will have the ability to lead stakeholders through scope clarification in ambiguous situations, and create realistic execution plans. They will also be accountable for the initial execution. Initiatives will range from complex cross organizational initiatives, to urgent tasks with little supervision. The candidate will be working across IT directors, managers, PM’s, and analysts with interaction with other stakeholders. Artifacts will include SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) dashboards, presentations, product backlogs, excel models, and policy documents. Minimum Requirements 3+ years Experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) working in the SAFe methodology 1+ years Experience as a Solutions Train Engineer (STE) working in the SAFe methodology 8+ years experience as a Program Manager with a history of successfully moving large programs forward Meeting facilitation, analysis, project planning, execution, scope definition and management, project and program management, conflict management, presentation skills Microsoft Project, Excel Technologies Service Management tools (ServiceNow, Science Logic) Tools Powerpoint, Excel, MS Project Capabilities Meeting facilitation, analysis, planning, execution, scope definition and management, project and program management, conflict management, presentation skills Experience 7+ years Education Bachelors, preference to MBA with engineering undergrad Desired Skills Experience with Jira to build dashboards and manage portfolios
