– Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Sociology, Special Education, Counseling or Psychology.
– One year of supervisory experience in a child behavioral health care agency.
– Two years experience working with individuals with disabilities in a community setting preferred.
– Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills.
– Consistently meets deadlines, ability to prioritize, multi-task and flexibility.
– Willingness to be on-call.
– Previous experience and knowlege of monitoring and managing fiscal responsibilities of a group home or residential setting.
– Experience with DDD licensing site visits preferred.
