The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and a strong talent for project coordination and execution.

The Program Manager will oversee the development of programs that support Vanguard direct indexing distribution objectives.

This candidate will maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance while managing multiple projects across various departments.

They will bring a strong communication style to influence multiple decision makers, secure commitment, and buy-ins for programs and initiatives to reflect Vanguard direct indexing vision and priorities.Day-to-day Responsibilities* Work closely with project sponsor and assigned cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, resources, work plan, and timing for distribution initiatives* Develop and manage resources for projects and be accountable for delivering against established objectives* Analyze, evaluate, and resolve risks, and produce detailed reports for management and stakeholders* Lead cross-functional projects to integrate distribution tools and technology between Just Invest and Vanguard* Identify and maintain requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors for launch of campaigns, initiatives, and platforms* Run trainings on new processes, tools, and programs for distribution initiatives* Other duties as assignedWhat We’re Looking For* Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field* 2+ years in a program management role or equivalent* Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills* Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles* Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods* Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage* Excellent communication skills* Excellent problem-solving abilityJust Invest is not offering sponsorship for this position.About VanguardWe are Vanguard.
