Our Technology client is looking for a remote Program Manager for a 2 year contract based out of Ft. Collins, CO. As the Program Manager for the Digital Customer Experience (DCE) Virtual Agent you will work closely with customers and key business stakeholders to align on use cases and define the roadmap for Virtual Agent functionality in DCE, including in the Customer Engagement Platform (CEP). You will lead the analysis and definition of supported use cases in alignment with the roadmap across DCE solution tracks.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with customers as well as key stakeholders, to define Virtual Agent use cases that often span multiple solution areas
  • Gain alignment with business stakeholders and DCE solution tracks on an implementation roadmap
  • Clearly document customer/stakeholder needs in the form of epics and act as their voice to the development teams
  • Align with customers and internal stakeholders to drive definition and alignment for a 12+ month vision and operational product roadmap
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure solution roadmap alignment
  • Synthesize solution requirements from intimate customer knowledge as well as business and industry acumen
  • Document and champion the value proposition and business case to bring innovative solutions to market

 
Education and Experience:

  • Use of machine learning algorithms to improve system results (Decision Tree experience preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering or related field of study.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Agile software development experience a plus
  • 3+ years of product management experience

 
Knowledge and Skills:

  • Understanding and knowledge of digital support and service industry strongly preferred
  • Ability to drive/influence work through others for complex, ambiguous projects
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to simplify complexity and lead others through ambiguity
  • Ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with a broad set of constituencies, from customer to C-level.
  • A high degree of adaptability and flexibility to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
