Our client has a brand-new opportunity for a remoteProgram Manager to join their Business Application Group Enablement Team. This team is responsible for providing sellers with the right sales initiatives, programs, and deal support resources to sell effectively, drive scale, remove friction and maximize every point of engagement with BDM buyers at an account / opportunity level. This role allows individuals to gain insight from business experts to carry on throughout their career and have the opportunity to be a part of an evolving group within the company.
Overview and Scope of Activity:
Building email templates for landing programs with account teams
Emailing / calling account teams to explain available programs and program requirements
Answering questions from account teams regarding the programs and guide them through the intake process
Calling / emailing account teams to follow up on submissions next steps
Tracking all activities and providing regular reporting on progress
Develop, maintain, and manage program requirements, plans, timeline, issues, risks, and challenges
Support Managers to drive a program or projects
Work closely with program / process owners, stakeholders, and business partners to identify business change and drive the consensus necessary to adopt a manageable change strategy
Manage programs and projects involving multiple parties / organizations with conflicting agendas and business priorities
Lead cross-organization project teams towards targeted and scheduled outcomes
Engage with program / process owners, stakeholders, and business partners as necessary to communicate project objectives, strategy, tactics, and ongoing progress
Moderate interaction level with team
Additional Required Skills and Qualifications:
3 to 5+ years of previous program management experience
Previous experience in a customer success management role driving customer onboarding into programs
Sales related background – strong understanding of structures and processes
Strong all-around communication skills, both written and verbal
High-level management and leadership skills
Ability to schedule and manage tasks effectively
Able to handle conflict resolution, with strong problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
