As a member of the Catalyst Program Management and Effectiveness team, you will work across functional areas to shepherd successful projects, rally teams to solve critical challenges, elevate operational efficiency and support the program in delivering the best solutions to our users and partners Job Description: Manage active projects across multiple functional areas by tracking progress and communicating statuses to stakeholders to help the organization take full advantage of opportunities Anticipate and eliminate roadblocks and proactively find solutions for issues, bottlenecks, and cross-project conflicts Develop expert-level knowledge of day-to-day tasks and deliverables to inform project scope, timelines, budgets, and dependencies Organize and lead effective meetings with clear objectives to help teams work together toward goals Partner with senior leaders to create executive-level presentations Align efforts across teams by driving visibility to the roadmap and program goals Support operational processes and controls to help drive a continuous improvement culture Identify process improvements and collaborate across the program and with senior leaders to minimize inefficiencies and drive operational excellence Cultivate collaboration across teams and foster a culture of creativity to promote innovation every day Qualifications: 6 years of experience as a project manager, program manager, or operations manager PMP and/or Agile (SAFe, CSM, CSPO) certification preferred Experience working in a fast-paced, start-up environment Experience implementing and structuring new scalable processes Ability to demonstrate a deep level of empathy and ability to connect with diverse individuals and teams to drive results while gaining trust High level of initiative and willingness to take ownership of projects and tasks, even when not directly assigned Strong attention to detail Strong organizational and communication skills Strong sense of responsibility and accountability Working knowledge of Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office Products Bachelor’s degree in a program or project management related discipline JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
