Honeywell HBT is looking for a Program Director to manage a nationwide program.
Program Management Organization: The Program Director must establish and maintain a formal organization to manage the Contract and any subsequent Task Orders.
The Program Director must develop and implement a Master Program Management Plan to efficiently and effectively execute the requirements of this contract.
At a minimum, the Plan must manage program control, risk management, quality assurance, configuration management, subcontract management, and safety.
Program Control: The Program Director must assign Project Managers for multiple sites across the nation, to organize, plan, schedule, implement, control, analyze, and report on all aspects of the Government Contract.
The Program Director must produce and deliver a Monthly Performance Report to apprise the CLIENT of its organization’s assessment of contractual efforts, as of the date of its report.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
a.
Multiple discipline experience
b.
Understands mechanical, electrical, plumbing fire protection, rated walls from a construction/coordination perspective.
c.
Excellent communications skills with interface with the client
d.
Financial skills understanding costs, billing, change orders, forecasting
e.
Understanding the costing process for the MEP & GC construction costs.
f.
Be able to request/communicate internally to coordinate the manpower requirements of the national program.
g.
Field experience with multiple disciplines required.
Understand proper code conforming installation.
h.
Scheduling of large multi-site project planning.
i.
Must be able to manage PM’s, Construction Managers, Engineers and Technicians.
j.
High level Material expediting and confirmation of ordering and future ordering.
Procurement planning.
k.
Justification of Manpower additions and requirements for field employees.
l.
Federal Government Contracts Experience
m.
US Citizen, must pass federal background check
n.
Lead Operational meetings with the client
o.
Work with the Account Manager to develop new installation subcontractors nationally.
Additional Monthly Responsibilities:
a.
Provide Start dates, significant milestones, and estimated and actual completion dates for each Task Order in process.
b.
Identify areas of difficulty and the proposed approach for correcting the problem and maintaining performance schedules for each Task Order in process.
c.
Include a narrative which explains any missed schedule milestones, deliverables, and/or projected impacts to
d.
Provide Final deliverables for each Task Order in process.
e.
Include a 60-day projection on project technical accomplishment for each Task Order in process.
This “look-ahead” schedule must identify milestones and dates planned, projected for two months subsequent to the period being reported.
f.
Provide Closed Activities for each Task Order in process.
g.
Provide Status of all Action Items for each Task Order in process.
h.
Responsible for Risk Management.
i.
Provide Completed Task Orders (Identify costs incurred, fee/profit, negotiated price and schedule for each deliverable)
