The Program Director is responsible for the development and ongoing management of one or more portfolios, for Enterprise Data Science (EDS) Program Integrity/ Cost Containment solutions that are multi-market, multi-Line of Business, and multi-function in scope.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Directs the development, planning, prioritization, approval, implementation, and compliance of ongoing Program Integrity programs.

Aligns and/or establishes program governance when needed to assure response to issue escalation.

Provides subject matter expertise in response to day-to-day business issues; researches applicable subject matter practices.  Manages relationships internally within Digital, Diverse Business Group (DBG), and Program integrity operations, as well as external partners such as vendors.  Communicates portfolio decisions, prioritization, status & risks to the executive sponsor and stakeholders to ensure organizational alignment and optimum return on investment.

Develops communication documents related to project lean business case, consumption plan, and success measures.

Develops documentation to support meeting presentations and the tracking and reporting of the program’s success Drives portfolio management coordination for one or more EDS verticals Manages and facilitates portfolio management meetings and related prioritization functions Partners with portfolio management peers to ensure consistency of process across all EDS functions
Qualifications
Requires a BA/BS degree; 10 + years of experience in external client-facing program management, project management; complex business processes, strategic and business planning; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.  MBA preferred.  Project management certification (PMP) preferred.

Experience with program integrity, healthcare data, and/or healthcare cost containment processes strongly preferred.
