Program Delivery Manager (Coordinators) – RPO

If this is you, then we want to learn more about you The Program Delivery Manager (PDM) oversees the day to day recruitment coordinating processes for Talent Solutions RPO client, Intuit and directly manages a team of Recruiting Coordinators.

The PDM works with a ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions RPO Director and Client to create and implement innovative processes and ensure a successful partnership.

This position is located in or near Milwaukee, WI with the expectation to work onsite at ManpowerGroup’s Global Head Quarters in Milwaukee at least 1-2 times per month .

What you need: 5 years minimum management experience, leading a Talent Acquisition Coordination team within an RPO, corporation or recruitment agency responsible for performance management/coaching.

Organization: Talent Solutions RPO Salary: 75,000
