Production Supervisor – Chaska, MN (Wholesale)

Position Summary:We’re looking for an experienced and organized supervisor to join our team! This position is responsible for supervising and working directly with the processors, ensuring production, quality and pricing goals are met, using the lean manufacturing model. The accurate and efficient performance of these tasks increases productivity and profitability which support the overall organizational mission!A day in the life: In a typical day, a Production Supervisor can expect to…* Lead team in maximizing donations and controlling inventory levels in our store.* Monitor staff productivity to maintain product flow to the sales floor, achieve stocking goals, and to ensure team goals are met on a consistent basis.* Coach staff on behaviors that improve store’s business results.* Ensure staff adhere to safety procedures and standards.* Provide ongoing training to employees in the areas of production, inventory management, and safety* Make timely, high-quality decisions related to employee performance, and customer service.* Help boost employee morale and productivity by creating a work environment that celebrates employee initiative and teamwork.GESMN retail locations have COVID-19 safety protocols to help employees feel safe and secure.
