nnAjilon is seeking a Production Supervisor for a Direct Hire, Permanent Placement position with a Industrial distributor client near LaGrange IL.

nn nn n nn nnResponsible for the supervision, planning and control of the entire Outbound Warehouse department during the assigned shift, enforcing company policies, rules and regulations. This individual typically will be the only leadership-team member present in the warehouse after the close of normal business hours.

This individual has responsibility for the safety, security and leadership of all employees and all operational activities which occur in the warehouse during the 2nd shift.

nn nn n nn nnEnsures the efficient movement of materials throughout the warehouse, including the efficient flow of all customer and inter-company transfer orders. Sets goals and priorities for the work team to ensure accurate, efficient and timely task completion. nn nn n nn nnCreates flexible work schedules with the Warehouse Manager to handle variations in the daily customer and inter-company flow of orders, ensuring budgetary and service goals are met.nn nn n nn nnCoordinates work activities with other supervisors, actively building relationships across functions. Communicates with other internal departments to plan and control warehouse activities in relation to company programs and goals.  nn
