Description: The Judge Group is partnering with a growing food manufacturer in the Valley, Alabama area looking for multiple Production Supervisors to fill their 1st and 2nd shift operations. This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding corporation and be apart of the start-up process.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Oversee the production associates including payroll, scheduling, employee relations
- Partnership with USDA and external auditors on regulations and policies
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives
- Attend meetings on start-up management systems
- Ensure all employees are following company policies and guidelines
- Oversee the safety of all employees and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Oversee production lines targets and KPIs and work to maintain the standards
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High School Diploma Required
- Associates’ or Bachelors’ Degree preferred
- Food Manufacturing Experience
