Right now, it is helping to save lives during COVID-19 and simultaneously propelling us on a significant leap forward in growth as a company.n nWe are currently in need of a first-rate Manufacturing Supervisor to assist in managing our filling operations on 3rd Shift.
Our manufacturing department includes numerous packaging lines filling both bags and bottles of product.
This position ensures production runs smoothly, oversees product workflow, quality, and efficiency for the shift.n n Requirementsn n Candidates MUST HAVE prior experience supervising the production operations within the food processing, pharmaceutical, or CPG manufacturing industries.
Prior experience with similar manufacturing processes within a FDA & GMP compliant environment preferred.This person will provide direction to other production members as well as recommend candidates for hire, conduct performance reviews, handle trainings, and administer company policy.
We need someone that is a clear communicator, good coach/mentor to others, and have the ability to develop better solutions.
Computer skills with the ability to navigate SAP software is needed.n n Benefitsn n Our third shift runs Sunday night
– Thursday night, 11pm
– 7am.
Overtime may be required based upon customer demand.
