- Supervise a team of operations personnel in assigned production area
- Ensure that all employees are following EHS protocols
- Make sure that assigned area is meeting all production goals and expectations
- Utilize continuous improvement tools as needed
- Ensure that all operations are aligned with companies business plan

- BS in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Engineering
- 7+ years of experience in Production Engineering in a manufacturing/chemical facility
- Must have 2-3 years of prior operations supervisory experience
- FDA/GMP experience is a plus
