This is a Full-time position in anchorage, AK posted February 14, 2022.

Overview:Reports to: SVP, IM GovernanceFunctions Supervised: Product strategy, management and deliveryPrimary Functions: Systematic management & delivery of services and products in a business line portfolio, ensure alignment with the credit union’s overall strategy.Duties and Responsibilities:Develops product portfolios and delivers them against financial and resource constraints.Acts as the primary resource for communications and reporting the state and performance of initiatives inside the product team’s portfolio.Champions portfolio goals and objectives across the organization.Provides and escalates data and metrics on achieving an optimized value return on investments, makes the best use of all resources and delivers maximum value and benefits from product delivery within the portfolio.Ensures adherence to the appropriate governance functions related to the Product Management Policy and Program.Conducts regular portfolio reviews with senior business and technical executives and other relevant positions to validate and assess the product portfolio, execute change and reprioritize as necessary.Attends regular committee meetings to inform stakeholders of any performance issues within the portfolio. Confirm that the use of resources and funding is on plan and highlight any variances.Oversees and coordinates dependencies across the initiatives in the portfolio and resolve or escalate conflict.Qualifications:Education: A bachelor’s degree in information systems, business administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience.Creditable Experience in Lieu of Education: Ten or more years of experience in product, technical and enterprise value delivery. Seven or more years in diverse roles with increasing leadership responsibilities across major projects and programs.Experience/Skills: Demonstrated experience in managing “upward” among senior leadership, demonstrated experience in leading diverse teams, exceptional leadership skills, ability to develop and communicate portfolio objectives, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong business acumen including industry and domain specific knowledge, ability to remove political issues rapidly and in a context-driven manner.Tenure: Not ApplicableEqual Opportunity Employer
