In your new role you will: Define, drive and own your product roadmap, and ensure successful revenue ramp Analyze the market to gain an extensive understanding of the business environment and you will drive competitor analysis Engage and build strategic relationship with key and channel customer Intensively collaborate with worldwide sales and Go-to-Market (G2M) departments Intensively collaborate with Application Engineering, R&D, Quality, Operations, amongst others Deliver product launches and training to a wide internal and external audience and represent the product line at conferences Represent the Product line to internal and external partners worldwide Join the successful marketing team of the leading Discrete Power MOSFET supplier in a multi-billion dollar market Your Profile You have strong knowledge and expertise in the semiconductor industry.

You are best equipped for this task if you have: A Bachelor or Master’s degree, ideally in Electrical Engineering 8 years of relevant professional experience in marketing and sales management in an international environment Semiconductor industry experience with expertise in (ideally power) semiconductor market A strong track record with high productivity Hands-on experience in developing and improving sales Are proactive, autonomous, organized, with good attention to details Are an analytic thinker and very process oriented Proven yourself as a skilled professional with good leadership qualities Fluency in English (German or Mandarin is a plus)
