– check out our Engineering Blog.Reports ToDirector of Product Management, B2B and B2CWhat You Will Be DoingChargePoint is seeking a dynamic Driver Services Product manager to build products and services that meet the needs of our drivers via the mobile app or through auto partners.

The Product Manager will drive the direction of our driver-facing products.* Build a strategic roadmap that meets the overall objectives for our driver audience while balancing the needs of our current drivers* Use data and customer insights, and industry wide best practices to acquire and engage drivers* Write detailed product requirements and end-to-end use cases to be used by engineering & design team and take product concepts from idea through shipping, measurement, and iteration* Work side by side with Engineering & UX designers to create industry leading, frictionless driver experiences* Collaborate with w/ engineering, product, marketing and design teams to ensure alignment on roadmap and prioritization* Drive the measurement, monitoring, and communication of performance against these metrics to enable leadership to act quickly & decisively* Provide initiative rollout status & monitor impact of each project launchedQualifications & Experience* BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree required; MBA or equivalent business experience is a plus* 3-5 years of experience in consumer facing product management role and experience in developing mobile apps at scale; track record of successfully delivering complex projects in cross-functional environments* Experience in driving acquisition, onboarding and usage of a consumer-facing UI product* Worked in a direct-to-consumer business, preferably with global scope where the consumer is strategic and not revenue-driving* Experience with defining seamless consumer experiences both on the web and mobile* Well-developed understanding of getting to high impact improvements in the app using qualitative and quantitative approaches* Proven track record in managing mobile apps at scale and a bias towards action, even in areas of uncertainty, with cross-functional teams across multiple locations and time zones, to get things done* Comfortable using data to inform priorities and evaluate impact of initiatives.* Test-and-learn methodology awareness and experience.* Experience with apps that are used as an essential service is a plus* Background in electric vehicle and/or automotive industry is a plus* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Experience in the space is a plus* Ability to travel to understand customer requirements in all regions* Passionate about ChargePoint and our mission* Language: EnglishLocationCampbell, CAWe are committed to an inclusive and diverse team.
