Product Manager
– Digital Personalization
Location: Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Utah (remote work available from these states)

The Product Manager for digital personalization will lead the product vision, product strategy, design, development and internal execution management for delivering personalized digital experiences for our health plan members.
You will lead multiple digital personalization and dynamic-channel consumer initiatives in partnership with business, marketing, engineering and data science stakeholders.
You’ll synthesize the personalization and insights goals of the digital product organization and partner with our delivery partners to bring those goals to life.
Experience with consumer personalization and marketing technologies desired as well as understanding of consumer engagement channels, including push messaging, email, SMS, in-app messaging and cross-channel orchestration.
The best candidate for this role will have a unique blend of technical aptitude combined with excellent communication skills.
Product Management is inherently cross-functional – and requires close work and collaboration with counterparts in product development, data science and engineering, user experience, program management and marketing to ensure all teams are delivering high-quality products that solve real market needs.
General Functions and Outcomes
Identifies strategic initiatives and projects requiring personalization elements and contributes to the long-term product vision.
Directs product management activities for digital personalization to meet business objectives and market segmentation goals; monitors and applies external market trends and best practices to health care personalization strategy.
Manages the product roadmap, planning and prioritization process, including defining deliverables into discrete commitments as it relates to personalization-led initiatives.
Develops a core set of KPIs and performance metrics to track consumer engagement and behavior; uses data to shape product strategy and design decisions.
Produces product requirements documents personalization initiatives with marketing, UX, data and engineering teams.
Operates with a high level of autonomy, designing work plans, resource requirements, and organizational strategies required to accomplish necessary analysis and decision-making.
Influences others across the company and aligns strategy across divisions.
Drives organizational change through innovative processes and strategy.
Minimum Requirements
Concrete experience managing complex customer-facing digital products and applications in an Agile work environment
Proven record of creating successful digital products based on a balance of user needs, business goals, and technical constraints; digital product experience in AI, machine learning and/or omni-channel personalization strongly preferred.
Ability to operate independently to navigate organizational complexities and to obtain resources needed to move initiatives forward.
Ability to develop and lead cross divisional processes and clearly articulate complex information to achieve common goals.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with demonstrated ability to lead teams and build effective working relationships with individuals and groups at all levels.
Experience driving innovative digital products in a highly-regulated environment preferred; experience with privacy and compliance requirements desired
Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information, prepare reports, create executive level documents and recommend solutions.
Comfortable using big data to uncover previously-unknown customer insights as well as building and defending data models.
