Role: Product Manager Overview: Fenics, a fully electronic trading venue owned and operated by BGC Financial, L.P., is looking to expand its team.
Reporting directly to the Global Head of Fenics Rates, the Product Manager will be responsible for optimizing efficiency and productivity between Fenics groups, globally.
Key Responsibilities: Working closely with senior executives at a global financial institution Coordinating various projects between clients in the US and Europe Liasie with technology, legal, compliance, financial products, sales and marketing, and regulators Work with staff and various departments across the US and Europe Developing timelines and ensuring projects meet deadlines Maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation Conducting project review and maintaining a robust project audit trail Creating detailed reports for executive staff Optimizing and improving business processes Personal Attributes/Requirements: Minimum of 2 years experience in managerial positions related to financial markets and/or financial technology Proven track record of managerial achievement Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to document and present clear and concise information to senior management / cross-functional teams Mathematical aptitude and project management experience Strategic thinking as well as attention to detail Highly responsive with strong planning and multitasking skills Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed/virtual team environment when needed Hands on mentality and proactivity
