ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

JUUL Labs is seeking a Product Commercialization Manager to drive organic business growth by leading product launches in existing and new markets.

You will be the owner of the entire launch process supported by a cross-functional team of talented and result driven professionals.

As part of the Office of the COO (Chief Operating Officer), you will partner with leaders across the organization and be the connective tissue and single point of contact for the program.

In this role, what is most important is your ability to lead large programs and build strong professional cross-functional relationships, both internally and externally.

Your personal and professional skills should enable you to drive project execution, define gaps and remove the roadblocks at all levels.

You should be customer-centric, detail-oriented, have a strategic mindset, and be highly creative. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Develop, maintain, and drive program execution by leading cross-functional alignment with key groups including (but not limited to) Product Development, Operations, Logistics, Supply Planning, Legal, Regulatory and Compliance, Marketing, and Commercial

• Manage day-to-day activities required for success of the program and ensure that activities and deliverables are executed in a timely fashion with high quality

• Act as an overall program owner, report out on program status and key risks to various stakeholders.

Drive the decision making process by framing issues, options and recommendations

• Facilitate VP and Executive Leadership Team level gate review presentations, decision making and alignment meetings to provide updates, resolve risks, and drive program success

• Drive recommendations on market, route-to-market, customer, and pricing selection in partnership with commercial strategy and local/regional teams

• Provide inputs to inform product development efforts including target markets/consumers, commercial goals, competitive landscape, and consumer research goals, among others

PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: 

• 5+ years of relevant experience including 3 years in program management or other execution coordination experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field is an advantage

• High degree of organization and efficiency with demonstrated attention to detail

• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead indirect team

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional and team-oriented environment 

• Demonstrated analytical, verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact both one-on-one and in groups

• Highest ethical standards, integrity, authenticity, credibility and character

• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage risk and uncertainty 

• Superior problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail while delivering against tight deadlines

• Proficient in developing and delivering presentations through PowerPoint or Google Slides
