The role
This role is responsible for providing reporting, analysis and strategic planning for the Money and Samsung products.
This role will work closely with the Director of Money to gather data on member experiences to drive KPI initiatives for the business that will improve efficiency for operations.
The role will have direct responsibility
What You’ll Do
Develop and interpret information that assists Leader team with decision-making, prioritization of backlog, and strategic plan for Money and Samsung products
Analyze data from various sources to compile a comprehensive picture of the overall business operational performance
Identify key points of member friction based on direct member feedback and data analytics to help develop and prioritize the money book of work
Develop periodic reports based on business needs for deep dive analysis
Develop recommendations and prepare presentations to senior management
Ensure adequacy and accuracy of reporting by applying business knowledge and data analysis
Define specifications and partner with Engineering team to develop or improve Employee and Member experiences
Develop performance measurements and analytical tools to improve operations
What You’ll Need
2-5 years’ experience in an operational analyst position, project management or equivalent
BA/BS Degree strongly preferred
Ability to influence strategy with partners and within business units
Knowledge of creating business case and prioritization of backlog
Demonstrated Leadership skills
Experience in financial services
Strong data & root cause analysis
Advanced experience with Tableau or a similar data visualization tool (Looker, Lucid, Power BI, etc.)
Ability to provide clear and concise feedback
Excellent verbal, written and reading comprehension
Ability to meet deliverables under tight deadlines
High attention to detail
Proven experience analyzing, interpreting and summarizing complex data as it relates to financial services
Experience preparing and presenting reports, forecasts, trends and recommendations to the team and senior management
Nice To Have
Experience in Airtable or other backlog prioritization tool
Knowledge or background of banking tools and services
