Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking aSales Trainer and Enablement Manager to work at our software client remotely.
Position is a 12-month contract role that could go permanent for the right candidate.Job Title: Sales Trainer and Enablement ManagerPay: $90.00/hrSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pmRESPONSIBILITIES* Design, develop and deliver training and enablement for Worldwide Sales Operations supporting Lead to Cash transformation initiatives (CRM, CPQ, CLM, & PRM processes & systems) globally, including virtual training, zoom meetings, videos, communities of practice/change champion networks, etc.* Work closely with Worldwide Sales Operations and Lead-to-Cash Process Optimization teams to understand challenges Sales Operations teams face in providing first line of support and business partnership to Sales* Partner with key business stakeholders and Lead-to-Cash Product and Change Management leaders to continually assess and understand skills and enablement needs for Worldwide Sales Operations teams define options and translate them into actionable and measurable learning objectives and goals* Manage the end-to-end design and development of learning programs from concept through implementation and quality control, collaborating with Global Go-to-Market Sales enablement and cross-functional team members to develop impactful learning content* Serving in Trainer role for events such as Train-the-Trainer and in Quality Assurance role for the learning assets developed* Supporting in the role of Learning Instructional Designer and Training Design and Development Specialist when required on the business needs basisMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS* Excellent verbal and written communications skills* Strong presentation skills including story telling, simplifying the complex as well as visual creation skills* 5 years working in Sales Operations or Sales/Sales Management for a Fortune 500 Enterprise software sales organization* Evidenced experience in the Learning & Development Function role in the context of Change Management for Lead to Cash systems implementations* 3+ years of experience in applying Instructional Design, learning models and theories, eg: ADDIE, ARCS, Blooms’ Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels of Training Evaluation* 2+ years of experience in designing and deploying end-to-end learning function operating models, organization, processes or governance* High degree of initiative, strong collaboration skills, and the abilities to communicate ideas and design decisions and receive feedback from stakeholders* Experience successfully interfacing with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and peers to meet business needs across multiple cross-functional teams* Ability to juggle multiple priorities across multiple teams with a variety of stakeholdersJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $90.00 per hourBenefits:* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Monday to FridayWork Location: Remote
