West Valley Staffing Group is currently seeking a Client Account Manager with Staffing Industry Experience to join our organization Based in Sunnyvale, CA.
Note* – This position will be performed remotely until deemed appropriate to change to ‘In Office’ – this is flexible and open for further discussion.
Job Requirements:
The Account Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Consistently Prospect, Qualify, Grow and Maintain new and existing accounts / territory
- Create sales target lists and identify decision makers
- Obtain meetings with decision makers and make sales presentations
- Work with the Lead Account Manager and Director of Sales to establish selling strategies and tactics that result in new business generation
- Provide sales reports as required
The successful candidate for the Account Manager position must have:
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience
- 2-3 year staffing experience
- Strong business development capabilities
- Ideal candidate would have some experience in a staffing environment
- Goal and results-oriented
- Positive attitude
- Professional demeanor
- Self-motivated and directed
