Practice Lead, Senior Director Adaptive Services

• Responsible for line of business for Workday Adaptive Planning
• Drives sales, provides presentations, proposal responses and participates in marketing initiatives
• Develops new markets for services and product sales
• Builds a synergistic partner ecosystem around NeoSystems’ offerings
• Builds long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and success
• Meets customer requirements and business objectives
• Leverages strong, existing network to drive business
• Provides strategic advice on using Workday Adaptive Planning to achieve goals
• Lead and support implementations for clients
• Provides leadership to Adaptive Insights consulting organization
• Mentors and grows professional services staff
• Lead effort to establish and develop markets and teams to support Workday Adaptive Planning

Basic Qualifications

• Subject matter expert in Workday Adaptive Planning
• 10
  – 15 years of directly related work experience in FP&A organizations
• 5 years of experience successfully leading a team of implementation professionals
• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field or equivalent experience,
• Ability to build rapport
• Exceptional presentation skills, both oral and written
• Analytical problem-solving abilities
• Team builder with strong interpersonal skills
• Executive presence with ability to engage effectively at the C-suite level

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using and / or integrating Workday Adaptive Planning with Deltek Costpoint
• Experience working with Government Contractors
• Experience working with project-based businesses
