Platform Campaign Manager

Zendesk is seeking an experienced campaign marketing manager to help execute integrated marketing programs to support business goals.

In this high impact role, you will be responsible for demand generation and campaign execution to drive new and expansion business opportunities for our portfolio of platform products including Sunshine & Sunshine Conversations to target audiences, including customer experience leads, IT & developers.

The ideal candidate has expertise in developing, executing, maintaining, and optimizing omni-channel campaigns within marketing.

They will have a proven track record of using marketing results and analytics to advise and scale a successful marketing program.

If you can organize and drive groups toward common goals in a productive, friendly and collaborative way and are capable and comfortable engaging across the company, we want to hear from you What you do: Build omnichannel campaigns to effectively create awareness and demand from customers and prospects Develop strong relationships with the broader marketing organization, including product marketing and global regional marketing teams, to build and develop end-to-end integrated marketing plans Work with sales to understand business priorities and provide results and insights from the performance of marketing campaigns Work cross-functionally with shared services teams to drive forward projects and launch campaigns in accordance with the team timelines Drive creation and executions of marketing content, programs, and offers Own end-to-end management of campaign execution across channels (e.g.

digital advertising, web, email, field & virtual events, etc.) including: creative and copy development, campaign setup, A/B testing, conversion flows, and campaign optimization to improve conversion rates Identify, test, and optimize new programs and channels, while continuously measuring return on investment and scaling our efforts to create new business Actively monitor campaign analytics, regularly partner with our analytics team to build reporting on campaign performance, and effectively communicate results to the team with recommended actions for optimization Survey, assess, and report on integrated marketing campaigns performance and provide strategic direction and mentorship based on analysis of results What you bring: Impactful collaborator with a positive attitude.

We’re looking for someone who is collaborative, energetic, eager to learn, and optimistic with a proven ability to have impact and influence Strategic approach as it relates to achieving marketing and business objectives Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Strategic problem solver with strong analytical skills to synthesize data into meaningful campaign insights and optimization strategies for new and existing initiatives Strong presentation and storytelling skills Cross-functional collaborator with the ability to build deep relationships, influence teams to plan, and drive marketing and business performance objectives Hands-on, get-it-done attitude with excellent project management skills for complex, cross-functional marketing programs.

Able to adapt to changing priorities as we market and do business in a constantly evolving world environment Previous experience owning end-to-end execution of marketing programs: ideating, building, monitoring, optimizing, and reporting Customer journey management and content development experience Experience working closely with product marketing, sales teams, and data analytics Experience working with Excel, Salesforce CRM, Marketing automation tools (Eloqua), and Analytics tools (Tableau) Bachelor’s Degree required (MBA is nice-to-have) 4 years of marketing experience
