Responsibilities

Our Cybersecurity Consultants are a team of business integrators with extensive consulting and industry experience who help our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy through execution. An IAM consulting career may provide the opportunity to grow and contribute to our clients’ business issues every day, applying a collection of security spectrum capabilities, including security strategy and governance, IT risk, security technologies, and cybercrime and breach response.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Experience: 5 + years
  • Minimum Clearance: Top Secret
  • Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s
  • Experience leading or supporting the alignment of on-going activities in support of critical Federal mandates, such as:
    • Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD 12)
    • FIPS 140-2, FIPS 201-2
    • Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
    • Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM)
  • Experience in PKI and Smart Card system business processes as well as engineering and design
  • Experience in migration, including infrastructure, hardware, middleware, and peripherals (including smart card readers, biometric capture devices)
  • Ability to support the full lifecycle of the new Smart Card system including stand-up and enterprise sustainment, and operations and maintenance
  • Ability to analyze and remediate issues related to system integration
  • Ability to communicate technical information to a variety of technical and functional stakeholders. Develop technical documentation such as security plans and standard operating procedures.
  • Ability to develop, upgrade, administer and perform maintenance on infrastructure and back-up infrastructure (databases, firewalls, hardware security modules)
  • Ability to test, evaluate, integrate, deploy, and support infrastructure components that support or utilize PIV, PKI, biometrics
  • Ability to support security patching and troubleshooting as needed
  • Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Experience with serving Federal clients onsite
  • Experience with Intercede MyID product
  • Ability to analyze and remediate issues related to the identity lifecycle access control/authentication and authorization.
  • Deep technical experience with password management, directory management and synchronizing, and user provisioning.
  • Experience leading or supporting projects related to PIV Credentialing Systems, IAM Architecture, Privilege Access Management, Identity Management, and other IAM solutions
  • Experience developing and providing training related to credentialing systems and processes
  • Knowledge of physical and logical access control principles
  • Working knowledge of Certification Authorities, Online Certificate Status Protocol (OCSP) and Server-based Certificate Validation Protocol (SCVP)
  • Provide guidance and documentation for IAM-related security policies, procedures, and guidelines
