is responsible for department performance ensuring customer satisfaction while maximizing return of investment through parts sales, inventory, and expense control.Requirements include: 2+ years of experience in management, ability to analyze internal reports, and knowledge of standard desktop applications.Must have proven leadership and communication skills.Familiarity with John Deere and competitive products is helpful.Ability to work under pressure, conflict resolution, and ability consistently to meet deadlines is a must.Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.P& K offers a generous wageincluding incentive pay and a comprehensive benefit package effective the first of the month after hire!

These locations span northwestern, central, northeastern, and eastern Oklahoma, as well as northwestern and western Arkansas.
In 2012, the P& K Equipment enterprise expanded into Iowa with the opening of P& K Midwest.
