The position will primarily be worked remotely after that until the agency returns to working in the office. At that time the expectation is that they will work 100 in the office. Job Description The Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) Bureau of Nutrition and Physical Activity (BNPA) includes the Arizona Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Program. WIC is a public health nutrition program administered by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Food and Nutrition Service (FNS). The Arizona WIC Program s mission is to safeguard the health of low-income women, infants, and children up to age five who are at nutrition risk, by providing nutritious foods to supplement diets, information on healthy eating, and referrals to health care. The Project Control Manager is essential in project management of the Health and Nutrition Delivery System (HANDS), Clinic Search application, EzWIC Mobile Application, Complaint Tracking Rewrite project, and infrastructure projects impacting WIC State and Local Agency stakeholders. The ITS group has identified key responsibilities and skillsets that are required to meet the expectations of this role. Develop and maintain project management documents in SharePoint. Monitor WIC IT Budget Monitors and controls HANDS maintenance to ensure release deliverables Manage the Complaint Tracking Rewrite Project to ensure the product is delivered on schedule, within budget and within scope. Coordinating with WIC MISQA Team to schedule testing activities. Communicate WIC applications maintenance updates to stakeholders Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or similar PMI training and 7 years of project management experience. At least 3 years of experience using Microsoft Project 2017 or newer. 3-5 years of experience using Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) andor Azure DevOps Manage the Change Management Process for assigned WIC applications.
