Overview:

The Personalization Operations Manager is responsible for oversight of the Personalization Operations team to ensure the end to end Personalization process is executed efficiently and effectively, while building strong relationships with cross functional partners.

The Personalization team is responsible for providing best in class customer service (internally and externally), domestic decorator management, item and logo setup/approval process, new account management, and providing cross functional partners with reporting visibility.

Responsibilities:
End to end oversight of the personalization process from item creation to delivery to customer.

Working with cross functional teams to ensure world class customer experience
Manage domestic decorator for capacity, quality, and track SLA’s including resolving any issues that may arise
Responsible for item and logo management within personalization tool; this includes coordinating with Spectrum (personalization tool) team to set up new items and logic
Responsible for facilitating new account setup within Personalization portal
Mange wholesale price book including coordinating with wholesale partners to ensure accuracy and necessary updates
Provide leadership and cross functional partners visibility to business performance and conduct analytics to identify areas of opportunities.

What you bring:
Production experience required; specifically looking at art/logos, color, layouts
Experience with domestic factories preferred
Problem solving

Working Proficiency MS office: Excel mandatory
Excellent customer service and follow through
Strong time management skills
