Job Description
As a valued leader on our team, you will manage a team who is responsible for implementing the strategic planning and execution for our people analytics consulting function.
In this role, you will manage cross-functional strategic execution, as well as engage project teams and stakeholders to advance people analytics initiatives.
We are looking for an innovative and analytical leader to build and enhance our internal consulting model to influence key decisions related to our workforce strategy, organizational health, and HR program effectiveness.

Responsibilities
The People Analytics Consulting and Strategy Manager role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities
Manage the implementation of strategic goals and vision for use of people analytics across the enterprise.
Participate in strategy development and strategic plan formulation, as well as manage the execution of business objectives.
Manage the process to identify resources to support strategic goals and new initiatives.
Collaborate with your team and internal partners on production, activities, and efforts for business intelligence, analytics and modeling, and data request management solutions.
Manage the day-to-day operations including: data analysis and reporting, talent strategy and management, governance, and negotiations.
Manage the implementation of new processes and/or updating existing processes.
Develop and execute training plans to increase data analysis and self-service capabilities of HR and business colleagues.
Facilitate cross-team problem solves to improve customer experience and collaboration across the business and with our HR technology products and corporate systems teams.
Qualifications
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experiences
6 years related experience
Consulting, People Analytics, Analytics, and/or Human Resources experience
Excellent relationship management, influence, and partnership development abilities with stakeholders of varying levels with technical and non-technical backgrounds
Skilled in presenting complex information in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
Strong people manager with focus on development and growth of direct reports
Desired Experiences
Bachelors degree or equivalent
Experience analyzing data to drive insights that improve decision-making
Knowledge of analytics, data visualization, data architecture, and/or business intelligence tools
HCM and HR platform experience
Experience facilitating problem solving, training, and/or design thinking sessions
Commitment to continuous improvement and learning
